The interdisciplinary Honours Programme
on sustainability

The Da Vinci Project is an interdisciplinary Honours Programme on sustainability for 2nd and 3rd year Bachelor’s students who are looking for an extra challenge. This year, the Da Vinci Project is also available for pre-master students!

Students with different educational backgrounds work together in groups of around 5 students to solve a complex problem relating to sustainability. Their challenge is a real-life problems by external partners, ranging from the private sector (e.g. Akzo Nobel or The Ocean Cleanup) to local and national governmental bodies (e.g. the Water Authority de Stichtse Rijnlanden).

Projects

Students in the Da Vinci Project have designed sustainable solutions for a wide range of complex problems such as paint recycling, plastic waste reduction and adaptation of technology in healthcare.
