As part of the personal development path within the Da Vinci Project, students are called to reflect upon resilience. Resilience consists in the ability to bounce back, adapt and recover from adversity or challenges. During the Da Vinci Project, students face confrontational moments about their progress with an external committee. Sometimes, prototypes ideas are criticized and students can feel frustrated and demotivated. The Taekwondo workshop, held after their first progress assessment, helps students building confidence, relieving stress and practicing focus and discipline.
