We are thrilled to share an exhilarating experience from the recent Taekwondo event hosted on 16th November at the gym hall in Zuilen. As part of our commitment to keeping you informed about the engaging activities within the Da Vinci Project, we bring you a glimpse of the memorable day.
The atmosphere in the gym hall was charged with energy as students gathered to immerse themselves in the world of Taekwondo. The event was graced by an exceptional Taekwondo master who guided participants through a transformative journey, emphasizing the harmonious coordination of the body and mind.
Participants delved into the intricacies of Taekwondo, not merely as a physical discipline but as a holistic approach to personal well-being. The master’s expertise illuminated the path as students learned the art of synchronizing physical movements with mental focus. The day unfolded as a comprehensive and enjoyable session, providing a unique avenue for stress relief and emotional release.
The master’s teachings went beyond the typical martial arts class, instilling valuable life lessons about discipline, concentration, and the essence of being in Taekwondo. The students’ experiences were nothing short of inspiring. Many expressed gratitude for the opportunity to learn from such a charismatic and knowledgeable persona. The blend of extensive learning and interactive fun left a lasting impact on all participants, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie.
Let us give the voice to students:
“The Taekwondo lesson was a nice bonding experience and a good way to take a step back and restart finetuning the prototype with a newly refreshed vision. Especially after having a more intense reflection moment after the informative and structural feedback from the Dragon’s Den” – Tess van de Bleek
“I liked the exercise in which you had to do different kinds of push-ups based on what your partner instructed. Although nobody was checked if they did what was asked from him or her, everyone followed the instructions without complaining.” – Alonso Aravena Arellano
In conclusion, the Taekwondo event on 16th November was a resounding success, thanks to the enthusiastic participation of our community members and the expertise of the Taekwondo master. We extend our gratitude to everyone involved, and we look forward to bringing you more exciting updates from the Da Vinci Project.
