The New Fork is a company focused on food integrity, that seeks to improve the supply chain transparency of food industries with innovative technologic solutions. Our challenge was to help identifying the potential costumers to target and to facilitate their communication with The New Fork. After performing some original research, we designed an interactive questionnaire. It can be both accessed and filled in quickly and intuitively by the potential costumer, while also directly linking them in with The New Fork, as the answers given are relayed directly to them. The New Fork can now get directly in contact with potential customers, giving them a personalized response based on the answers given in the questionnaire. This facilitates a direct communication between The New Fork and potential customers interested in making their food business more sustainable! We presented this questionnaire, together with practical ideas for the costumers to access it, to The New Fork at the Prototype Party and it was met with a very positive reception!
